Default 2011 ecoboost fx4 goes boom!

Wednesday night my 2011 ecoboost blew two holes in the block on my way home from work. It had 25748 miles on it. Yes it has some aftermarket parts exhaust/intake and a tuner freshly installed and I say fresh because I had about 40 miles on the new 315 70 17s I had just installed the night before. The really bad part about this is my source code was so outdated I couldn't even adjust my speedo anyways. So now it's looking like 10.5k for a new time bomb! I have read enough post to know I need pictures so they are attached........Ohh yeah first time poster as well!

I ran my 87 tow tune all winter and I'm still running it because it's still so damn cold here. I don't want to run too much boost in the cold for fear of leaning out. I can't wait to start running my 91 tune again.
That's a good looking truck. I hope you get it fixed.

That sucks! Mileage is low but is your time up for the warranty?

Nope but because I had the sct livewire hooked up it voided the warranty.

And I never even got to play with my mpt tunes because my source code was out of date.

Did you leave the Livewire hooked up when you took it into service and they saw it, or did they notice you had a tune when they hooked it up to the computer?

Is the dealership going to do the engine swap?
You can get a new engine for $7250 http://www.fordracingpartsdirect.com...m-6007-35t.htm
