CAC = Intercooler. Make sure the plugs were gapped to .030 and they used the ford SP534's. Also make sure they torqued them properly as they are super easy to crack.

You probably ingested moisture its a common issue. First would be plugs, second drilling the hole, third possible coil or catalytic converter replacement if the moisture fried them.
