Default 2011 5.0 Engine accelaration noise
Any fix for the throaty noise during 5.0 acceleration? Sounds like an aftermarket air intake system..had a 09 5.4 and this truck is much louder

Hmmm... never heard of anyone not liking the motor noise. An air intake sounds like air being sucked into your mouth, the engine just sounds mean!

I think it sounds grrreat. When I test drove the one I bought, thought it sounded like a Mustang.
