Default 2011-2012 transmission recall

Has anyone seen or heard this? A buddy posted something online about it but I have not looked it up or called my dealer yet. Just wanted to give a heads up that it might be out there and if so has anyone confirmed this. ? If not I will be calling my dealership later today to ensure

To my knowledge it's a recall for a sensor that causes the truck to downshift to low gear while travelling down the interstate.

Yes. There is a thread for it.

https://www.f150forum.com/f38/2011-2...recall-343480/

In there you can find out if yours is affected based on build date.
