Right when I get into that twin turbo sweet spot under 3/4 acceleration I'm hearing wet fart out of the exhaust. could also be compared with someone sticking their tongue out and blowing a "raspberry".

This sound is more prevelant when objects such as cars or buildings are on the passenger side, so I'm fairly certain. Its from the exhaust

I don't believe I used to hear this. The truck has only breached 2k miles recently, but I am always very perceptive of noises.

Any thoughts on this? I'm a worrier

Thats the sound of a v6. And its more noticable because the sound is bouncing off the cars and wall.

I though this was the potential. I may have confirmed this already.

Point 1: A 3rd gear start beside a wall doesn't produce this fart sound. The turbos are spooling strong because she's in 3rd, but no fart because the rpms are still low?

Point 2: didn't notice the sound before because I was going easy breaking it in

Lol, mine has a deeper fart sound but still is pretty farty.

I bet the fart sound depends on which grade of gas you are using. Regular is probably a higher sounding fart, with the deeper sounding ones happen when using premium!
