5'9" here.
It'll slow down as you get older, lol!
I wonder what the real differences in weight are between the trucks. Could a 6'5" Scab be more than 5'5" Screw just with the box alone? Or are you guys weighting out with a partial tank of fuel?

You guys are lucky, 6'4" 270lbs cutting down to 220 for wrestling nationals this April.
Even in my old age though none of the young studs in our wrestling room can take me down or score on me. All of the teenagers like to rotate in on me to try and beat me but they will never do it! :P

Just weighed my truck on our certified scales and it weighs 5840 with a 1/4 tank. That's with a little bit of tools too. I weigh 180.

Paleo along with 2 hour daily workouts 6 days a week and nightly 3 mile jogs. No reason for water cutting until weigh in, I get down to 220 then water cut to 214. Luckily one weigh in, Greco day one and then I don't have to weigh in for freestyle day 2-3.

Only reason I popped up so high was I hurt my achilles tendon 2 years ago after last nationals trying to cut down to 184, took quite awhile for that to heal.
My boy will be competing at Fila Juniors, he was hurt last spring but year before he was 1 away from being on the world team. Should be a great weekend for our family in Vegas.
