I'm wanting to put some window vent visors on my 03 f150 front driver and passenger side windows but I'm not sure which would be better the 3m tape on ones or the in-channel ones. I just want to be able to crack my windows without haveing to worry about rain dripping in.

Go with the in channel, works well on my screw. I've had both but preference is in channel looks way better.
I've heard from some that the channel ones sometimes interfere with the windows going up and down and there hard to install. I roll my windows up and down alot.
Check out the AVS Seamless. If you put avs seamless in the search box, then go down to
where the Poll thread starts, you'll see some before and after shots. That's whats on my
truck.
years ago I had the in-channel on my S10. I LOVED THEM!!!! that is until my gf (now my wife) and I were parked in the rain and she cracked her window a few inches and stuck her hand out for a bit. she must have bumped or hit the passenger side visor just enough to free it from its location. after dropping her off and heading home I was cruisin down the highway and heard a funny noise but it only last a quick second or 2. didnt know what it was at the time, but the next morning I came out to my truck and the right side visor was gone.
now truth be told, yes its possible someone came up to my truck over night and stole my pass. side visor, but for some reason I highly doubt it.
the S10 got stick on's after that.
some of the in-channel's have a small strip of 3m tape to hold them in/on. mine did not have this. I am pretty sure when I do them on my next vehicle I will do stock on's
