Default What is this I found under the dash ?

Looking around to familiarize myself with the under dash area of my one day old CPO '11 XLT and noticed
this tangle of bare ended wires just above the accelerator. Seems like something was removed when this was traded in.....wonder if any of these are hot ?

That's where the flux capacitor wires in. Previous owner must of removed it.

That is not Ford, it is aftermarket and who knows what it could have controlled. Tape the ends up just incase so it don't short out and blow fuses or worse, start a fire.

Precisely, you will never see bare connector ends like that from Ford. I refuse to speculate what it might be, I just know for a fact it's not oem.

Don't need no flux capacitor, it an Ecoboost.....

I thought it was for a trailer brake too.
