What to do next
Good Morning,
I was looking at getting a tuner from 5 start tunes but I wanted to get everyone's thoughts first, also thought of doing a dry CAI.
I've leveled the truck and I'll also run 33's on it shortly, I Judy put a solo performance Mach x dual exhaust on the truck.
Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated

A tune will help, a custom tune from 5* tunes will be even better. A CAI will probably help throttle response a little but will be pretty useless without a tune. I just installed a canned tune and it was better. On my mustang I had a CAI and a tune and it was a small but pretty noticeable improvement.
