Vent visor question
So I have the electric windows with the auto up/down switch and the sensor where it will stop the window if there is something in the way when it goes up.
I have been told that because of this autosensing function I cannot use inchannel vent visors, is there any truth to this?
Thanks in advance for any helpful info.

I have seen some people say they do have problems other say they don't. So kinda goes both ways. AVS(i think is brand) makes nice looking outside of channel window vent.

I have the AVS in channel visors on my 2012 supercrew.at first the auto sensor would keep the window from going all the way up(it would take a few tries)but after a few months they started working fine.now it's been almost 9 months and the window has no issues at all going up. the ones that you stick on the outside don't look very good to me.

I originally had ordered the AVS in channel visors last night AutoAnything for $60 but after reading how they would jam up the auto up and how if dirt and grime got caught in the channel, they'd scratch and gouge the hell out of your window....I ordered the AVS out of channel for $45. Rather be safe than sorry.

I went with the AVS stick-ons. They use 3M automotive adhesive and work just fine.
I'd rather not stress the window motor or take related chances with the in-channels.
