Does anyone have the Undercover swing case? If so, how do you like it? I am going to be putting a soft tonneau cover on my bed, and I am thinking this may be a good alternative to having a full size toolbox. The only downside that I can see is that it looks like you would probably have to remove your tie down bracket to install it.

I installed my new Swing Case last weekend. I like it so far. It holds all my trailer hitch stuff, jumper cables, and a few tools. The tie down loop can stay. Just flip it over to poke out under the large bracket.

I just need to send the lock back to the manufacturer to get one keyed to match my Undercover tonneau.

I use mine daily for all quick access to tools, cables, rope, hatchet and other items. I have had it for a yr now and has proven very durable. It has never leaked and does not interfere with as much space as I initially thought it would. I have a retrax cover on and it clears the box nicely. When installing, you do have to turn over the tie down. I like it so much that I am considering getting another for the other side of the box.

I broke down and bought one from Amazon last week. I haven't installed it yet, but it looks really nice. I was already thinking the same thing about how it would be nice to have the other side to match.

Do you have a bed liner? I noticed on the instructions it says to not mount it through the bedliner, but cut out a section instead. I would rather not cut up my bedliner if it could be avoided. I would like to hear from some others that have just maybe mounted by shooting the screws directly through the liner with no cutting to see how it's held up for them.

I have a scab and the jack is mounted under the backseat, I put the jack in the swing case, I also have all of my cargo management tie downs, trailer hitch and boat tie downs in mine.

Last Christmas, Undercover gave away a free Swingcase with the purchase of a Undercover. Don't know if they are going to repeat that deal this year.

Bringing up an old thread but I just received a pair of Swing Cases from Undercover as part of a promotion. The install was a snap, I'm only worried about the weight capacity and over filling them because I can imagine putting everything I own in them! I didn't notice that they have drink holders built into the tops, now only if they had bottle openers built in...

Very slick way to secure a few items in the bed.
