I don't know for your specific area but I've been told by cops that any type of blue/red neon's or LED's are illegal simply as color's of flashing lights. I would call your local PO office though and they can tell you what's allowed in your area.

Note: A lot of things are really sorta at the officers discretion. I installed underbody purple neon's on a friends Prelude and he never had trouble although it was technically illegal. And he got pulled over a LOT for other things. lol

the general law is, 1. the led tube must not be seen, 2. no red/blue, and 3. cannot be flashing. but you should probably ask an officer about it. i've never been pulled over for them.

Illegal in MN, and I am telling you as an Officer! If you are in a parking lot, parked, then they are okay, but the moment you start driving on a public roadway, you are fair game!

i really would re-consider getting blue though, or just get the color changing l.e.d.s. i have them and theyre great. you could be charged with impersonating an officer w/ blue lights and that is a felony.
