Livewire TS 93 Octane issues
I bought a Livewire and loaded the 93 Performance tune. First two days no issues and was impressed. Shift into 2nd is too hard for my liking but 2nd and 3rd gear scratches are still making me smile. After a week I am now getting a complete cut out at 3/4 pedal above 4K RPM. Nothing else changed except for I am now under a 1/2 tank full of gas. Getting gas this evening and going to run it hard again to see if it continues. Just thought weird after several days of the tune to do that.
I did download the app, updated it on the PC, connected the Livewire to my WIFI and asked for another update before adding the tune in case. I also noticed the downshift issue was introduced to my truck now as well. The tune is still old and not updated for the latest "fixes" that resolve that issue.
Curious if others have experienced this?

This may be a dumb question, but for everyone who has gotten a tune:
Do you have to buy the computer to plug into the truck or are you having an e-mail sent with the tune file and finding someplace that has a computer? If the latter, where/what kind of places will loan or load a tune for you?

Both sort of, you buy the programmer and plug it in to the truck to retrieve the PCM calibration code, you then fill out the custom tune web page with that info and what ever tune you want, they will then send you a custom tune in email that you load onto the programmer via usb thru your pc, then take the programmer to the truck and load her up.

Sup guys, im new here and fairly new to the trucks, i am concidering an edge evo programmer, but i had some pro an con remarks about the whole programmer situation. well i was wanting to know if i do it with the correct tunes and right octane, will this eventually ruin my truck? whats the chances of this messing things up? all i have done to the truck is leveled and thrush dual exhaust turn downs.

I'm with labruzza and thought I'd post here on this as I have my reservations based on some readings with the Evo HT2. All I really care about is improving gas mileage and could care less about hp and torque gains. If Edge wouldn't be recommended here, is there a particular tuner out there I should look into?

I have the Edge and it improved gas mileage 4+ on the highway.
