Gojet........nice videos, that's exactly what mine were doing.
So...I found a real easy solution.
After cover #5, I was a little disappointed to say the least in these expensive $1000 covers. After all the BS, I was contemplating the whole idea to even have a cover. I contacted both companies and neither have any comment.
Well, I stumbled across a gently used Ford soft Tri-fold. For $150, I had to buy it. I still like the look of the Bakflip better, but not paying for something that doesn't work. This simple soft cover works great. After a week of rain, not one drop of water in the box.

Make sure you check the screws by the cab to make sure it's tight, especially in the winter.
Mine parted ways with my truck heading down the highway. Christmas Eve on my way to my parents'. My best guess is that during a freezing rain storm the night before, rain got under the cover, then froze and forced the top up a bit, enough for air to get in turn the cover into a kite.

We sell them all and the Solid Fold 2.0 has done well so far with leaks... the original had more issues...
