Default Tint on front windshield

Was wondering if anyone here has their windshield tinted at all. I was thinking about doing 35% on it. Anyone here have any thoughts, ideas, experience or comments they can share?

If it helps, I have 2013 Supercrew, entire rear window and the two rear doors have 15% tint on them, on top of the factory tint. The two front doors have 15% tint.

Thanks for any feedback on this.

The guy who I bought mine from had the front window tinted. It's dark and barely drops below the ANSI line. Almost couldn't get it passed state inspection but found a shop that didn't care. I like it. It keeps the Texas sun from blinding me and I don't notice it blocking my view. I can't upload pics at work but if I remember i'll throw some up later. Not sure it's something I would spend the money on if it were me though.

I have 5% in the backs, 35% on the fronts and the entire windshield at 50%. I love it. keeps the glare down, but doesn't hinder visibility due to it only being 50%. I don't know if I would go any darker than that though. There are a few here that have though.

I have a 5 percent strip across front top of mine but have never done the whole windshield. I have 5% all around the whole truck but darkest I would do is 50% for windshield.

Is it even legal to tint the entire front windshield?

Not 100% sure, but, I know I've seen it done.

It's not legal to tint the whole thing. But I know people that have done 50% and they love it, cuts down on the glare at night without hindering night vision. Also helps with the sun during the day.
