I want to lift my truck but I was curious how much time and money I would have to invest.

I was thinking about a 12-18 inch lift on my 2012 King Ranch. I've never done it before and figured it would be a fun DIY project with the boys.

WOW...12-18 inches...that is a lot of lift. And by the sounds of it, going to be very pricey. I wish you and the boys good luck on that project. Oh and don't forget to post pics along the way...would love to see how this is going to turn out.

I think you meant 4-6" lift right? Add at least 2 grand for wheels and tires too depending on your taste.
