i had a small buzz sound under hard acceleration when I first installed my Livernois DP and figured it had to be an exhaust leak, checked nuts on turbo studs and all tight but used a flash light and the flange wasn't quite evenly sucked down. Loosened one side of the flange took a half inch impact on full forward and used my hand to help turn and sucked the flange on better and sound is totally gone now.

All I have when I floor it now is way more turbo sound out the exhaust and a bit louder exhaust note with stock cat back.

I wonder if the original poster had a similar issue. Everyone thinks they installed stuff perfectly but I wasn't perfectly seated and once it built some pressure with rpm I would get a small exhaust leak. Just my finding
