To Fit or Not to Fit:
I checked Summitracing.com and picked a set of wires that fit a '96 F150 5.0, Moroso 73630 in this case. The Moroso 73630 wires also fit Mustang 5.0 engines from '84-'95.
This implies that the wire/plug set you have found will fit your F150, but, check it out for yourself: (The 10.5mm wires may not fit the wire guides.)

If I were changing wires and plugs I'd go Magnecor wires and Bosch P+2 plugs. Magnecors are the best wires you can get. The Bosch P+2 plugs live up to the claim by Bosch that improved mileage/performance will be attained when a set is installed (My Lincoln TC 4.6L gained almost 2mpg after installing a set of P+2 plugs inplace of OEM.)
