Default SCT Flash X4

I have a 2006 F150 XLT 5.4 with 6" lift 35x12.50R18 tires. I put flowmasters, K&N CAI and the SCT X4 programmer on it, and can't get the speedometer right, also I'm in the process of putting headers on it and want to cut the catalytic converters off. If I cut the cats off will it hurt anything?

Do I need to mess with the spark, WOT air/fuel settings SCT X4?

Any help would be grateful

I wouldn't mess with the spark or air/fuel settings.

To correct the speedometer you'll have to make sure you axle ratio and tire size are both entered correctly on the X4, then flash the truck with the new information.
