Removing Backseat???

Removing Backseat???
So we are trying to take out my backseat to see if my amp will fit on the back wall of the cab (behind the seatback), but we got stuck takin out the bottom part of the seat.
We have pretty much every bolt removed that we could take out, but the bracket where the seat splits 40/60, is still somehow holdin the seat in. Does anyone know how to take out the backseat in a '04 supercab?
