I've had mine (as well as 3 other partials) in the sun and none of 'em sparkle in (or out of) the sun.
Could be a model year difference (?)
All of mine are from early 2010.
As an FYI ... The centers of the 2010 Raptor rims are also Foundry Grey and are not metaliic. *As I can attest to in attempting to color-match the paint to repair a nick in one of the rims of the set that are my winter shoes.

Must have grill with lights, what about Paint to match grill? or too much just asking plus it puts me on the thread so i keep getting updates.
