Default Plastidip help!!!!!

Okay I am going to plastidip my wheels... however there is a small problem, my wheels are badly peeling and scratched..

Will plastidip go over the top of this or will it peel of shortly?? Is there anything I can do to make the dip last longer? i.e. sanding, primer, etc?? I also don't want to do the whole wheel I want mine to look like this...

Any help is appreciated!!

Just clean the rims really well before and apply the plastidip. Dont need to sand it or anything. And done well, the plastidip should last a couple years looking good and just peels off if you want to redo it or touch up.

Make sure to do 3-5 coats too, first couple coats it always looks crappy, but by third coat, should start to look pretty good.

I'd use purple power to clean em up really good. as posted above no need to sand. several coats. if your using blue tape and ready to peel give the edge another coat and peel it. prevents that jagged look
