Default New used truck mod questions

New to the forum - just bought a 2003 F150 SuperCrew 4wd with several modifications and I'm hoping you all can give me some insight into them.

Looks like ProComp lift with MX6 adjustable shocks
AFE Magnum Force intake
315 ProComp Xtreme MT on 17" ? wheels
Some sort of powdercoated stabilizer bar
Seemingly custom front bumper

I tried to load pictures but failed several times. I will attempt to load pics again and would love any feedback anyone can give me.

Thanks!
Chris

What kind of info are you looking for? Looks like you've got your list already made out?

Thanks AZFX4. I made the pictures smaller and was able to attach them.

My list is what came with the truck (thus my screen name). I am new to offroading, and just looking for feedback on these mods as to the capabilities, utility, and members opinions on the good/bad as well as what I should look out for on this rig and what might be missing.

From some of the posts I have read there is ALOT of knowledge out there among the members and I'm just trying to learn.

Thanks again!

That does look like a custom bumper. Pretty unique to say the least.

Alot of people like AFE CAI, I have the Airaid but good reveiws on AFE.

Can't help much on the lift or tires. I know Procomp is a good brand, but Fabtech , RCD and such seem to be a much more used brand.

Hope this helps some. I'd like to see a side view. Something looks odd about the first picture. Hopefully something who knows about aftermarket lifts can chime in. I thought when a aftermarket lift is installed they installed new a-arms. Those look stock?

Thanks again AZ. Here's a side shot below. Based on your a-arms comment, I looked closer and realized that the lift is just a body lift. I assume that's probably the reason for the limiting straps as well?

I like the bumper cause it'll be easy to throw on some lights.

Anyway, thanks for the response. I'll keep poking around on here and keep learning. Hopefully soon I'll be able to add some mods of my own (and then change my screen name!).

Ya that's what I assumed also was a body lift with ProComp shocks, and the straps to hold it in place. I can't think of the correct wording, but they use straps on long-travel vehicals such as Prerunners.

Hopefully someone with much more knowledge can chime in so I can learn also.

Bumper does look good, and my first thought also was, it would be easy to install some lights.
