I sympathize with the OP. Customer service is king to me.

Question on bed liners, I'm in market to buy either a king ranch or platinum. Often they have a Ford spray in bed liner. Is aftermarket better? Cheaper? More expensive and better? Thank you.

I asked the dealer about the factory Ford applied ( sprayed in ) bed liner and warranty and was told its the same as the vehicle warranty.
Some aftermarket spray in applied liners carry a lifetime warranty so factor that in the price quote both ways.

( I ended up with a Ford factory drop in liner )

Sorry, I forgot to come back and check for replies. No, corporate did not call me back. Not a single word from them.

The days of customer service are gone, I suppose. I decided to stop trying to talk to them and if I ever buy another truck, I'll just take it to someone else to get a bedliner installed.
