N-Fab Side Steps - Rust after 3 months.

Purchased brand new N-Fab textured side steps and have had them installed for the last 3 months. I opted for the "textured" finished. Check out how well the finished has lasted below...
N-fab offers a 5-year finished warranty... http://www.n-fab.com/policies
Has anyone successfully used this to get a new set of side steps?

Had the same problem, went back to the ford ones.

Mine had some too but switched to Amp power steps.

mine are still perfect after 1 year.. but, I dont have the textured finnish ones.. mine are powered coated gloss black

I am returning mine for the same issue. My vendor helped me out. NFAB wanted me to pay for the return shipping since I had them for 1 year. 
Even though they were on the truck for that time, I only drove it ~3,500 miles. So I was not happy. I will be getting a full credit from the vendor and going with a different manufacturer.
