ive done put a K&N intake on the truck and stuff like the Hypertech max energy programer. i replaced all my plugs boots and coils so i got my mechanic to change all my injectors at the same time. i put the Ford Racing injectors in the truck (pretty much just like the stock ones) but they werent all that much and arent very hard to change but on the box it said to replace the mass air flow sensor with a hi flow one. just wondering if there really worth the money and if so whats a good brand to get
