I just ordered two of these with DHL Delivery.
Can you please let me know what is being done to remedy the 12V power issue or do I need to contact customer service after I receive them ??

I don't have my order # in front of me, but I have a serious problem with this product now that I tested it out. The original tester was correct, the provided car charger is not correct for US Markets, and I wanted it rectified before being shipped.

You also don't have anything in the description that a 24V to 12V converter was necessary to function correctly. I don't want to purchase another item when it was never disclosed to consumers that this was necessary to make it function in US Markets here where you're advertising it.

The product's car charger lights up the LED red on the charger until you plug it in, then it instantly goes off. Obviously an incompatible car charger you are supplying US Orders with. These should be resolved by including the proper charger, not asking people to buy ANOTHER larger conversion box which no one wants to see dangling in their car.

Let me know what the options are, because I'm happy with the product but the charging cable is not the correct one for US Markets. I know they make a correct one because I buy them on Ebay all the time coming in from China. This isn't a new thing here. Please advise if you can provide the CORRECT 12V car charger at the same length that's required for proper usage in US Markets. Future orders can be rectified so other buyers are not stuck in the same predicament which could soil the products reputation.

I think the Chinese New Year is in effect, so it may be a bit before you year from sundaybuy.

They need to spec their US shipments differently - I'm sure they will make it right.

the 24V to 12V converter is not included in the order,and not all of the cars in US are DC 24V,most of the cars are DC12V as our experience.But as you Mentioned here is the F150 forum,so all of the products should be fit the truck,it is no problem.please mark in the order as you are from F150 forum,so we know you need the 24V to 12V converter,thanks!

You are clearly not understanding me.

Ford F150's are a 12 volt vehicle. The cord SundayBuy supplied with this M880 dash cam is a 12V plug.
The plug DOES NOT WORK. It doesn't need a converter, it's simply defective in both M880 orders.

Also clearly as the Original reviewer of this product notified you, so that's 3 people who have ordered it
out of 3 who are telling you that the supplied power cord DOES NOT WORK. What is Sunday Buy going
to do to rectify this problem for US Customers receiving defective power cords? I do not want a
24V to 12V converter......I want two cords same length that function correctly for a 12V system that I ordered.

I'm attaching a video so you can clearly see what I'm saying if there's still a communication misunderstanding.
The supplied 12V power plug shorts out as soon as you plug it in, and it does NOT power the M880 at all.

Now here's your supplied USB data cable I'm using with a totally separate Belkin 12V power adaptor.


This one you can see DOES power the M880 and it's charging. So this proves
the M880's themselves are not defective, and it's the supplied 12V Power adaptors that are defective.
