Interested to see both line-x and powercoated bumpers when done. Have thought about line-xing my before as I live in the northeast and they would be nice for the winter.

I inquired at my local line-x about having my lower rockers and bumpers sprayed with color matched white line-x. They told me that white line-x is the worst idea and it would never hold up. It would stain easily and eventually yellow over time regardless of its UV protection properties. Actually they even told me they refused to perform the work for me, that's how against it they were. That's fine though I'd rather them be honest then just take my money and then I end up disappointed.
I did consider doing it in traditional black line-x. And they said that would run me around $1300 to do it properly (removing doors, etc.). I decided to pass as I just don't care enough for the looks of it. IMHO it just looks kind of cheap. I did a photoshop to help visualize and I'll attach it here for reference for you guys.

I have the standard black line-x, and it stains like a ****. Sure it looks great when clean, but you take garbage to the dump, and get a little liquid on it , and you get the nastiest looking stains. Means a regular event with the scrubbrush. I never remember getting stains that looked this bad with my 'plastic bedliner'. Then again, plastic bedliner had groves, so liquids would just stay in them. And the plastic bedliner never looked as good to begin with.

I have a 2014 Black XLT that has the chrome package. Looking to get rid of all the chrome for black.
Would love to see how these bumpers look in LineX. Was considering front/rear bumpers along with that bottom skirt and some Bushwacker fenders in LineX, but wanted to see what it looked like first.
Other option I am leaning toward is Bushwacker fenders and front/rear bumpers powdercoated black.

If you like the Bushwacker Pocket style flares, you can get them prepainted (by Bushwacker) to match your truck or choose another color if you don't want to match your truck.

You may already know this, but others may not. The bolts do not bolt to your truck, they are for looks only.

If you drive on the highway, expect rock chips in the powder coat. You obviously won't get rock chips with LINE-X.
Rock chips in the grill guard's powder coat.
