Leveling Kits FAQ

Not at all with the leveling kit, I just changed that to icon 2.5 coilovers and have some running but not sure where, I'm still adjusting height this week to the sweet spot.

is the coil over front leveling kit bolt patterns the same on a 2015 as it is on a 2011? i want to lift my 2015 and i already have a leftover 2" kit from my 2011.
I assume the reason they are not the same SKU number to purchase has to do with the thicknesses.

I'm redoing the front end on my 2005 f-150 Fx4 and rear shocks as well.
The front struts look like they have a leveling kit or some kind of spacer on top of the struts. The question is, do i need longer aftermarket struts because of the leveling kit or do i use the recommended stock struts?
the spacer/leveling kit is about 1 3/4 inches thick.

The suspension components aren't going to wear out so quickly, but if you want to keep the geometry of the vehicle alone, I wouldn't remove or add anything. The car comes with the stock angles for a reason. Don't be afraid to level or lift it man.

I wouldn't pull out the stock blocks. The stock geometry has a little room built into it. As long as you go with a modest level kit (ie: 1.5"-2.25") you wont have any trouble. I have ran zone and readylift kits on 2013 Fx4, 2010 fx4, and 2016 4x4 with 33s in the oilfield beating the crap out of the suspension and never had an issue. Its when you start going over 2.5" and driving like a jackass you are going to **** something up.
