Default Level or lift?

Hi all, new to the forums and have a few questions. I have a 2010 Regular Cab Short Box w/ 4.6l v8 (xl trim level). I am wanting to put some 20" f150 platinum wheels on in place of the 17" factory wheels and want to sit up a little higher. I basically am looking for the look that I found from an old forum. So what do I need to do to achieve this?

That looks like a 4 inch lift.. but, I guess it could be a 3 inch level in front and either add a leaf or block in the rear.

Get a lift kit in order to accommodate more aggressive set of tires aside from upgrading your wheels.
