Agreed, a few of my friends run the Ranchos and they nicer than my strut extensions.

Trying to limit expense if possible. Have a 9 month old, and a 19 y/o in college. The budget for truck toys is limited. Honestly though not looking to really go crazy with it. It is my daily driver. Looking for aesthetics more than anything. I figure a level, some news wheels and tires down the road, perhaps some body style changes and that will be it. It wont be an offroad vehicle, save, some hunting, fishing etc...maybe occasional trails, but it see predominantly highway and local roads, so just looking for the basics.

I have one but its sitting on my workbench. Should be installing it in the next couple of weeks. Zone makes a nice lift and my local guy stocks their level so I went with them.

I got the MotoFab kit from amazon... $100... Installed fine and haven't had any issues or concerns... like you said... it's a spacer...

As long as you aren't banging up the suspension on harsh trails almost any level kit will do. Don't blow too much on a block of steel, find the most economic one and throw it on. Believe me, the spacers from motofab and rough country most likely have the same specs just different material. Nonetheless, they probably hold up the same.

No, won't be doing much off-roading. I'm in NJ. Not many places up north here in state. Mostly just looking for the aesthetics.

The Zone kit was $100 at the store, so a minimal expense. Seems in line with the Motofabs and Rough Country levels.
