1- yes, pretty much whatever you want on your truck behind the overlay. I have yet to see the honey comb grill with the overlay on a newer model.
2- yes
3- i have a 20" single row, but i want to see if i can fit a 40" behind the grill. The way i did my temporary brackets for the light bar it attached to the screwes that hold the grill. but im going to make stronger brackets that will screw on the metal portion where the horn and upper part of the radiator are attached to.

Thanks for the kind words, all i can suggest is WELD bolts behind overlay if you go that route. Im not a welder and didn't bother to ask any at work, so i ran bolts through the front and secured it that way.

Where can I find this grill to purchase it? I am looking everywhere I know and can not find it anywhere. Please get me information on this if you can. Thanks,

The grill itself is off eBay... Mine is an 8mm or 4mm horizontal billet grill. Easily found on eBay with full two piece grill. The ford is custom, which i bought from kylepattoninc@gmail.com his forum name is 1999f1504x4. If you go through his threads you will find one related to older model grill overlays... Its an old thread but he makes the ford overlays to fit at least the three latest f150 models. In that thread you can see several members with the mounted overlays.

Additional questions:

4- The LED light bar, is this for additional light to aid driving at night, or is it an "effect" (either way looks very bold)?

5- When does the LED light bar come on...with the parking lights, headlights, fog/driving lights, separate switch?

6- (didn't get answer to this previously) Did you cut out any 20" long hole for the LED light bar or is it just positioned so it shines with very little obstruction?

For me the light bar serves as an aid for extra light, but i rarely use it because of oncoming traffic, unless im in rural areas or out on trails. the rigid lights come with a switch to hook up the extra lights. Do to such low power draw, i just had the need for one switch. My grill is just a regular billet grill, so i just placed it best to shine through from behind the grill. Of course some light may be obstructed, but compared to how much light is put out, not very much is blocked.

Default Grille installed

Alot more light. Installed my RI grille and JW Speaker fogs. Waiting on some snow to see if this setup will cut through it.

2k for that grille? Is it worth it? And does it come with the light bar?

For me yes, too many oxford white FX4's running around looking alike and I live in a hilly area here in Alaska with alot of trees and moose that blend. I 've only had it on for a couple of days, but I can see alot more now. Waiting on some snow to see if it works well in that. The light is included.
