Yeah, so no one told me that getting off the 2011 grill is a B! I was all good until it came to the clips on the top. There is no clear way in behind them and now that I have it apart and switched out, it doesnt seem to fit as snug as the previous one.

I guess I just need to mess with it a little bit to get proper fitment. With that said, if anyone is interested in a 6 Bar Chrome XLT Grille, I have one with all the fitment pieces and the unpainted surround for sale.

Yes it's quite an amazing product, it's holding up great to all the bugs and rocks, etc. Very easy to repair chips/ small rock dents and best of all easier to keep clean than chrome. I also like the fact that I can remove the Plasti Dip if I ever sell the truck to a chrome lover

Thanks for the comment Cheers!

Yes I feel your pain, I unfortunately broke a clip while taking my grille out. They're very hard to get behind, I used a pair of very small needle nose pliers to squeeze the clips in order to pull them out without breaking. As diligent and careful as I was I still managed to break one haha.

Yes very true. You can always buy replacement clips for fairly cheap (If need be ). After breaking one I decided I didn't need to buy a replacement, as the clips I still had intact were on the corners and one in the middle.
