I installed lows highs and fogs from 4x4truckleds.com. He's a vendor on this site. He sells high quality LED retrofits. You should be able to find posts in the lighting section. If your reason for asking is that you have questions... fire away, I'll try to answer.

He sells plug and plays, not retrofits.

Avoid the eBay lights you find, they are most likely junk and while they will fit without any issues, you'll blind other drivers.

Other people replied already letting you know the lights I have work very well. It's honestly why I started my company (I cater PRIMARILY for Fords so I know what works and does not work on the Fords)

Thumbs up LED Lights

Gorden, I have a 15 F150 XLT, I replaced low & high beams as well as my fog lights with LED lights from 4x4TruckLEDS.com. The difference was literally like night & day. Couldn't be more happier. Is a good guy to deal with, great product and customer service.

Do you have to re-adjust the lights when you change to leds?

No, because I have not lifted the truck, all lights were left in the original aimed position. I just made sure that the LED's were positioned in the 3-9 o'clock position.
