Default Installing Nerf Bars

Bought nerf bars and no instructions on how to install them. They are for a 97 f150 extended cab 4x4. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Don't believe they are frame mount but not 100% on that.

What kind are they?? If they're Westin or from Ford they'll bolt right up to the frame. Have you looked at the frame to see where they'll mount up?? I'm guessing that they're not Westins because they're always a direct fit.

Simple.... The brackets with the two studs sticking out get slid into the frame along the underside of the truck. Then you bolt the brackets to the studs, then the bars to the brackets... Leave the nuts on the studs loose so you can move it around, etc...

The oval hole is for the bar.... You can only really put them on one way... Cheaply bolt one together before install and just go under your truck and you will see where it all goes.
