High Performance tuners
I have some speculation about the high performance tuners that are avaliable for an 04-08 f150. Some people say they are really good for the truck and others say it is just a gimick to get peoples money. Right now i am under the impression that they do absolutely nothing because if they worked like the company says they do then everyone with and f150 should have one right? What are some of you guys's opinions??

Are you talking about an actual PCM tuner like SCT, Edge or a $70 ebay chip?
Any decent brand tuner will run you $300 ish on up new and will see decent gains depending on your truck and setup, a $70 chip is a ripoff, just a .25 cent resistor chip in a pretty plastic box usually.

I should have specified more. I was talking about the edge and dash mounted tuners because i was looking at buying one but i don't know how well they will improve my trucks Mpg and horse power.
