Default Help me, Please!

Hi there, I'm new to this site and working on trucks in general, and just had a question. I have a 1998 F150 xlt long bed 2wd, and am looking at buying a lift kit for it (3 inch front lift and 2 inch back lift) and was wondering what size of tires I could put on it. I've been asking around, and some have said I could only go as high as 295/75r16, while others have said that I could go up to 315/75r16, and I was just curious as to what y'all thought. I'm still running my 16x7 stock rims, and would like to keep using those in order to save money, if possible. Thank you in advance, guys! You're really helping me out!
