How much are they? I have the base bulbs on my XLT. These might be worth the upgrade.

Hi.
Save yer money.
https://www.f150forum.com/f38/led-headlights-248732/
https://www.f150forum.com/f38/led-headlights-248193/
Note the horrible beam pattern, poor width and splotchy output - a result of the incorrectly positioned lightsource for the reflector being used - much like a PnP kit.
Note also that the alleged output is 1800 Lu only on High beam. It's only 900 Lu on low beam. Which is in fact LESS than the output from a fresh new stock H13 Halogen bulb ( see this chart - https://www.sylvania.com/en-us/appli...partnumber=H13 ).
It's the ~5000K color that is giving the perception of being brighter on low beam. And the silly hotspots.
Additionally, I highly doubt those Cree's are running at rated output - the heatsinking is far too minimal to support that output from both chips continuously. Typically, it's more likely 50-75% of that rating to ensure reliability. (Refer to data on HIDplanet.com and elsewhere for more info). The tiny fan is a marketing joke, lol.
Advertised beam pattern:
Actual beam pattern:
However .... Yer truck - yer money.
good luck

Dude, I Love my LED headlights. They were a little strange in "low beam" the hi beam really just makes it wider and twice as bright! I love it! I am running them in my LT's heads and fogs! I will never go back!

ED lights
I would like to try these someday, but I don't want to get them and then they don't work very well. I've read the reviews online for the LED lights, but I have noticed that they work for some people and they don't work for others. I like HID's but they don't last, an I want something that lasts and is bright. I'd like to see how well they work for other before I try them. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Thanks!

You get what you pay for
I am in the process of changing my halogen headlight bulbs with Xenons and a great pair run roughly $150 for the set and require a ballast. So you can spend $50 and get a great deal, you just never know what to expect..yes you may have found a deal of a lifetime and a great product but most of the time you will find out that they are rip offs or stop working after just a short time! Best of luck and hope they work out if you purchase them!
