autoanything.com, stage3motorsports.com, ebay.com, and amazon.com are about all I use.
Brands? Too many to name. You need to be more specific on what you want if you want to get into branding.

I always have an LMC catalog for whatever truck I have, especially when they get a bit older, LMC has all kinds of misc little bits and pieces plus for stuff like grilles and bumpers they have really clear color pictures on the correct model truck so you can see what it really looks like.
