What mods for fuel economy and fun
What gains can I get with a programmer and a new exhaust system. I am going to buy a edge programmer and havent decided on the exhaust. I am leaning towards a single out over dual kit. I also live in the country and drive on gravel roads alot. I have looked at cold air intakes but Im nervous due to dust issues. This is for a 06 f150 with a 4.6.

The gains for mileage vary. Gains of drive-ability always go up. Look at a Gryphon as it is an upgraded Edge and has the ability for custom tuning. Exhaust, you can do a muffler swap and do pretty much what a cat back will do as far as reducing restriction and keep that single system. Search the Gott's mod and get an Amsoil synthetic filter and you have good flowing CAI.
