Going to buy a toolbox among other things for my new f-150. Any suggestions?

I have a diamond plate husky. I wouldn't suggest one of the plastic ones. It depends on your price range

If you don't mind spending the money and getting the best ( to me ) box go with WeatherGaurd. You won't regret it.

+1 for the weatherguard boxes. I've also had good luck with UWS. Currently I have a low profile camlocker toolbox on my truck. Very impressed with build quality and lock assembly, also comes with carpeted interior

I've got a Better Built that I bought used for $50 that is still in great shape.

I'd also avoid gull wing doors. Makes it harder to put something longer into the box.

After doing some research I have narrowed it down to Highway Products or a weatherguard. I really like the look of the HPI boxes and the warranty, just haven't seen one in person. Weatherguards are everywhere and I think they look too bulky. Plus I want a black toolbox that isn't steel or plastic. Anybody had a Highway Products Box?

I used to work at a 4x4 shop and we sold Delta(Rust Box!) Dee Zee($$$) Trail FX(Keystone Automotive's Brand) and Better Built. I really liked the Better Built had to call them and they were awesome to deal with. They are out of FL. I know you said you narrowed it down but they are a really great box for the money.
