I'm trying to get my old muffler cut out and the new one welded in and make the pipe turn out in front of the rear axle. It's a siso, with a super 10. Dude quoted $150 for parts and labor. Sound about right or is that high, cause it seems like it to me. The picture is what I want done.

Does that price include the price of the muffler?

No that's just stainless steel materials, and labor. I already have the muffler. He said $30/an hour for labor and that it would take about 2 1/2 hours to do.

I would shop around. Many members have had mufflers and new piping installed for under $100.

You will ruin that rim if you dump ahead of the axle.
