In a word: yes. But don't get a tune from PHP. They used to be awesome but they've severely fallen from grace. Word around the forum now is to go with either Five Star or MPT.

Yeah its not, however, when you mash the hell out of it that's a different story. Normal driving its just right.

That's what sucks about my setup. Virginia Beach traffic requires a LOT of mashing, which is loud in itself, and then traffic is around 75-80 so going just "keep-up speed" is also pretty loud.

Yeah, could be a different story then. I lived in Charlotte with my old truck and it was loud as hell. I had dynamat installed and that helped alot.

I'll do the same at lunch time. I have bose speakers on my computer and I could hear it pretty good. Maybe they are different. lol

I have removed mufflers in the past due to drone though. I understand the pain!

I'm looking for some opinions if anyone has either of these systems:

http://www.stage3motorsports.com/S52...-Back-Kit.html

http://www.stage3motorsports.com/400...st-System.html

I have a 2012 FX4 with an aFe stage 2 CAI and an Edge CTS2 on my truck now. I'm looking for something with a little more noise than stock, maybe a nice rumble. Just looking to know it's running, not wake up the neighborhood! I'm not too worried about HP gains, I'd prefer MPG gains instead. Thanks in advance for any help!

Default Magnaflow cost

I am thinking of installing a Magnaflow catback on my F150. The wife needs to be happy with the sound not being too loud and it seems this is the system to go with. My question is what is the approximate total cost to have a single exhaust catback Magnaflow installed on a 5.4?
