That is a very clean- looking setup with really nice sound. Did it arrive preassembled (one piece)? What is the model of this system?

It's completely custom built, I got the borla muffler from streetside auto and a 4 foot length 3" diameter piece of stainless pipe and the stainless tips from summit and brought it to the shop I went to and they mandrel bent the tailpipes from stainless steel pipes they had and welded it all together.

Stock kit, pretty drone- free. I am happy with the sound, it is loud enough for me. You have the same cab/ box as I. I did need to tweak the welded hangers on the tailpipes just a little bit for clearance; you may have to as well for your truck- no big deal. I am 100 percent satisfied with this kit.
Initially, we (myself and Gibson Performance) had some opportunities with getting the headpipe right for my truck (hanger location on front of muffler), but we got it worked out. I would like to get $275.00 for the complete fit- tested kit, you cover shipping. I can tell you what that would be if you send me a message with your address. I would also like to see a picture of your frame rail where the front muffler hanger is attached. My truck actually has two locations; this makes a difference with which headpipe I send to you.

Thanks ncgator for all your help and offering to sell me your old setup. I wound up pulling the trigger on a new all stainless steel Corsa Sport catback from AutoAnything (http://www.autoanything.com/exhausts...7A3886547.aspx) Tom gave me his best price on it and I just can't wait to get it now in a couple of weeks!

Keep Calm Chive On
For those of you with "True Dual" style exhausts, do you ever notice a black "soot" like coating on you tips? It comes off with the brush of a finger, but it is something one would only expect to see on a diesel.
I have been using my tow/haul mode more recently and also messing around a little bit with the "manual" set up on my 2012 XLT SCREW.

I pulled the trigger finally & did a completely custom fully welded long tube header setup and am very happy with the initial results.
I purchased the main components (below) for a total of $610 and had a local shop install for $1300 (screaming deal for that kind of custom work) who added a CAT and did all of the rest of the tubing in 3" stainless mandrel bent single run after the Pace Setter provided Y. All done for less that $2K which is what it would have cost me to have the Ford dealer replace both exhaust manifolds with stock parts. One was leaking (broken bolt) and I figured the other side was likely to go too, so this way I took care of both sides for and for the same price made a marked improvement!
Truck has a beautiful low rumble you can only get with long tubes, though the Magna Flow leaves it fairly loud for my taste, but I was going for minimizing flow restriction so a straight through Maga was the choice. Most out there who want custom would likely not think its too loud though.
I chose long tube to have the bigger impact on added HP for towing & MPG for commuter travel. I can tell the truck is much more responsive now. Haven't driven the truck much yet (got it back yesterday) and haven't towed with it, but it has noticeably more jump. Much more likely to inadvertently bark the tires when leaving a stop sign and such.
So far so good, I like it.
I went with these:
Pacesetter Long Tube headers
Pace Setter Y-pipe
Magnaflow Muffler
