96 f150 straight 6, no cats. From header turnbacks to flexpipe, to y-pipe, (still need to get o2 sensor bung welded in and sensor installed) to 2.5 in oval cherry bomb turbo. Sounds a hell of alot better then no exhaust lol.

Does putting on a new muffler void the warranty.

07 F-150 5.4 Magnaflow catback rear exit. Love the sound at higher rpm. Being able to leave the factory spare where it is was a big bonus.

Not unless a part failure can be shown to be a result of the new muffler. Eg: New muffler welded onto pipe coming from cat - weld area rusts through - probably won't get coverage. However, if the engine blows or the transmission fails, should still have coverage as the muffler had no effect.

Info from SEMA on Magnusson-Moss and actions to take if a dealer tries to deny the warranty: http://www.semasan.com/main/main.aspx?id=60128

I just installed the flowmaster super 44 exhaust. I have a single pipe comming out in front of the rear tire. Check out these pics and tell me what you think.

I did the "in front of rear tire" also but with dual tips that have an angle cut. I highly recommend dual tips at that location - single tip just doesn't seem to fill in the space quite right.
