I have PM a couple of people asking them about their Dual Liner. I have not gotten replies from them. If you have a Dual Liner, what do you think of it, and would you recommend one to your friends?

Have had dual liner about 2 years on 2 f150s (same liner) and really has held up well. Would recommend to anyone considering.

I got a 2013 XLT last week and am trying to figure out what I want to put in the bed - a drop-in, a spray in or the Dual Liner. I have read tons of horror stories about ALL of them, and to be frank, you have good and bad with any option, depending on who you ask and what they use it for. Some of the negative reviews I have read have exactly NOTHING to do with the product itself and have to do with either the delivery, the installer, the middle man, the dealer, etc. I would like to know from a REAL user what their experience is. I have the Dual Liner, and it all depends on what you're going to be doing. I just use my truck bed randomly. If you are going to be hauling materials around all the time (like on a farm) then i would honestly say the dual liner probably isn't the heavy duty option you should take.

It is very easy to install. Easy to clean. Non-Slip and does a good job of protecting the bed.

It is not 100% (its about 96%) form fitting. Not for constant heavy duty workloads.

I do like it, and it looks very nice. But i've only had mine for about 5months of winter...

It sounds like you use it the way I would... couple of bags of mulch from the home center, haul the kids bikes around, light duty stuff like that.

Thanks for your reply... would still love to hear what others think before plunking down almost $400.

It is working well for me so far. It was easy to install, and I think it looks good. I am using it to haul the bikes, and the usual stuff from Lowes/Home Depot. I still haven't put my Kayak in to see if it slides around or not. It and my canoe are hard plastic, and I was afraid that they would slide around too much on a spray in liner. I would recommend it so far.

Had mine since Feb. Was relatively simple to install considering it was a cooler day. Recommend keeping it inside and room temp if it's cool outside before installing.
The Pros; nothing skids or slides around. The Con: nothing skids or slides around. By that, if you're doing some moving of a lot of boxes etc not wanting to roll up the tonneau cover in inclement weather etc...you'll need a hook rod or rake to get stuff loaded to the front and then back again to unload...it does NOT want to move across the dualliner surface...but...that's the point. It works well but sometimes for quick and dirty on/off loads it's too much. For those situations, I'm considering a simple plywood cut out placed on top of it until the moving project is completed.

Love the padding, protection, and noise deadening features it provides. And it's a great add-on. Overall, I love mine...except when I must move a bunch of loaded cardboard boxes etc quickly. The other 99% of the time...perfect!

I had never seen/heard of the Dual liner, seems like an interesting idea with the hard plastic sides and rubber mat. I really like how sharp (and clean) it looks in all the pics on their website...of course I'm sure those are all brand new installations. I also am noticing the nifty notches for 2x6's etc. I didn't care for the in-bed tie downs on the non-Ford trucks that seem to be buried behind the plastic.

I just got a BedTred (not installed yet) which is similar in the fact there are 5 individual pieces but the sides and bottom are a soft-backed TPO material, it's an interesting comparison since they are similar in concept and are priced the same. Makes me wonder if a better solution would be a combination of the BedTred sides with the Dual Liner bottom rubber mat...

After reading reviews anywhere I could find, I bought it yesterday. Will post my thoughts/findings after I get and install. I think it will completely fit the bill for what I will use it for. Like Smitty4ut - Home Depot/Lowes runs, kids bikes, etc... not hauling bricks and cinder blocks with it daily like a work truck. (can't say that it will or won't hold up to that abuse either since I don't have it yet.)
