[quote=texasgator;1005755][QUOTE=Punity;984176]Absolutley hate people that leave their dogs unsecured in the bed.
Why? An unsecured dog flying through the windshield is just as bad as an unsecured dog flying through the rear window.

I just use one of these and a blanket to cover the seats. Ventilation, security and ease of use. The only downside is people slow down as I drive up behind them, my truck looks like an unmarked police vehicle with the dash and visor lights coupled with the mesh barrier. I take it out whenever I don't need it to avoid that...

i use this in the back...i have a screw cab so the 36 inch one fits in nice and snug. Oh, and my dog loves the air from the flow through console, and when im not using it , its folded up and out of the way

You bet, man's best friend! I consider my dogs a part of my family...which is why I have them in the backseat away from me. Just playing with you bud, I love my dogs and my family!

That's very true. I just peeves me when people put their dogs in the passenger seat with no restraint (or in their lap), and then give me grief about putting my dog in a crate in the bed. "Oh, it's so mean." Really? I think that keeping my dog safe isn't mean at all.
