Default PIAA: Lost another bulb

Getting a little annoyed. Had my 6" PIAA 520's put on with my bull bar back in Sept. Within a month the left light blew out. The shop replaced it for me. It was a bad soldering job on the bulb's wires. That night the right side blew out. Same deal and the shop replaced it.

It's been about 3 months and I have another bulb out.

Hopefully the shop will just throw in another bulb. If this is a regular problem and the free bulbs go away, these things are getting scrapped. If I have to replace a $35 bulb every few months, it will be much cheaper to get some other lights.

In addition, after taking the rock guards off to replace the bulbs, they no longer fit well. There are tabs on the sides of the guards that clip over screw heads, but they are plastic. After taking them off just a few times, they are worn and do not want to stay on. I used silicone to keep them in place, which works fine, but I shouldn't need silicone for lights that are a few months old.

Not very happy.
