djm 3/5 kit lowered drvr side 7"and pass 5" help!!
Just installed djm 3/5 on a 2014 fx2. The front lowered exactly 3"on both sides(36" down to 33"). Worked out perfect. The rear which I thought would be the easiest and smoothest was a different story. Passenger side went from 38" to 33 1/4" and driver side went from 38" down to 31 3/8". The rear of the truck looks so stupid. The passenger side looks just likei was hoping. It's perfect. The driver side is sagging bad. Looks horrible from the side and back. I wasn't expecting perfect level but 2"is not right. I'm no suspension professional but I'm no idiot either and have done all my previous suspension on other cars including bagging my last car. This is nothing I can't handle but need some help to see if I could have done something backwards or upside down. Pretty positive I did both sides the same but something isn't right. I can only make them level if I put like 65lbs in the helper bag on the driver side and you can't ride around like that. No factory lifting blocks on the truck. Need help please. If I can't fix it I'm going to do whatever I can to get my $ back from djm even though I bought the kit from tony on here. Sooo, my questions are as follows:
Any ideas on that issue?
Also on a 2014 do you still have to cut 3/8" off tie rod for adjustment since it's different from 2013?
And do you have to open the lower control arm mounting holes for camber adjustment as well? The instructions said nothing about that. If so how are ppl doing that?
Thanks for any help in advance. I'm new on here and would be more than happy to voice my input on something I can maybe help with.

Take pics of the rear axle on both sides from all angles, might be helpful if we can put our collective eye's on the suspension. Obviously something is not right. Focus where the springs attach to the rear axle and the frame.

Maybe forgot to switch out one of the stock shackles?

Trying to get the pictures up. Took a bunch the other night. Can't get them to upload from my tablet or my phone. Going to load them onto a real computer this wknd and hourly that'll work. But all the parts are changed out. Sure about that. There are no factory parts left by accident. I took the whole thing apart again last night and swapped leaf springs to opposite sides. That only changed it by 1/2". Still over an inch different from driver to passenger in the rear. Front perfect. Some ppl have told me is because the gas tank in driver side. I say it didn't sag on that side before the drop so why does that make a difference now?! Anyway and the back is about 3/4-1" lower in the back. Hate that. And djm tells me it's because my truck is 1200lbs heavier than a single cab. That's stupid but whatever. Getting them to send me the lifting hangers for the front of the leafs to raise it another inch. Just trying to figure out getting it level.

Measure the length of the shackles (this is most likely the problem)
if the same, then loosen the leaf spring and shackle bolts. Put weight on the axle(jack up the axle while the frame is on stands) then tighten the bolts back to spec.
Also check the shocks are not bound up

Anyone else have problems uploading pictures. After those first 2 I did now it keeps telling me upload failed. No matter which picture I try and also does same thing on my tablet.
