the k&n are great kits but companies like roush are build only guys...where as they know fords, they build fords and know fords...i mean the guy is the reason the mustang is around...(from building the first one on the factory floor to designing the 05...plus it helps the nascar teams imo in these tough times and helps keep a sport i love in good hands...) but k&n is a insane company able to produce many great designs....and they do do great r&d and provide dyno's to support claims..

I did the Gotts mod and cut out the silencer tube on my 99 scab and the improvement in power and throttle response was noticeable immediately. I did reset the computer while I did the mods which should help. As for fuel economy, I don't have any hard #s yet but I'm getting a ridiculous increase in mileage particularly hwy. I really ought to do some proper testing to find out just how much of an increase I got from the Gotts but as I said it seems overly large at this point.

Intake Installation a sucess last night in my garage. Even after drinking a few cold ones the process was quite simple.

I have a Air Force One CAI. 3" Dia... no custum tunes... YET!!

Beautiful looking unit as well. I have quite a few pics but none posted just yet. I'll follow up later with some pics and performance comments.

AirAid all the way.. best product, best HP gains, and best customer service/ warranty....also no MAS or injector issues like with K&N

I have the AF1 air intake 3".

I really was Amazed (even tho it was my first cai upgrade) could here a big difference and feel a big difference, to me seems like i lost a little torque but gained a few hps.
